Gracie’s First Birthday Shoot

Some photoshoots make you cry.

I don’t think we have the words to really explain how we felt during this photoshoot. Nothing bad of course :) but it was so much joy because this little cutie here is our daughter. Not only our daughter but our first child. It was surreal seeing how much she has grown in a year. You hear it all the time, “they grow up fast” but honestly I never truly understood it until we were living it.

It seems like just a few days ago I was holding her and giving her a bottle and now she is walking around taking everything in the house as if she owns it lol. We are so blessed to have a daughter like her and this photoshoot definitely got my eyes a little watery, but that’s a good thing. #GirlDad
